Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What areas do you serve?

My main operating location is Salisbury, NC. But I can provide most services throughout North Carolina and neighboring states.

Is there anything you can do if my budget is too small for your services?

If you are on an extremely tight budget, please contact me for a free consultation to discuss the issue. It is possible to make adjustments in extreme circumstances, such as payment plans. We can go over your budget and what you wish to accomplish with my services and go from there.

Do you offer any discounts?

My price for services are well below most competitors. However, I will do what I can to make adjustments or offer solutions for struggling local NC small businesses and nonprofits.

Are your consultations free?

Consultations are free, and some are included in the service price. All pricing is transparent and is stated upfront in the service agreement terms and applicable invoices.

Can I get more revisions and revision rounds?

Yes. Packages start off with the minimum for starting prices. You can request additional revisions and rounds before the service is finalized. Additions will likely affect final pricing.

Do you provide the content for the website design?

For a less expensive option, you can provide me with the specific content. But I can absolutely provide as much content as you like at an additional cost.

What type of website design do you offer?

I create website designs using WordPress, but this doesn’t limit the orginality. The only limit is your vision and mine. Plus I can create small e-commerce websites also using WordPress or popular platforms like shopify.

Can I add more keywords and optimization to my website?

Yes. You can request this during our consultation. The starting mimium offered in the packages are 2 and can be used for one page or 2 pages. I reccomend 4 for the main page and at least 2 for your other pages. But this is up to you.

Do you offer any blog services?

I do not offer blog post writing. But I can create visuals for your blog and keyword research.

How does the brand photography work?

When you contact me, we’ll have a short consultation usually around 30 minutes. If we decide to move forward, then you’ll complete an intake form. From here, we schedule a strategy session. This lasts up to an hour or a little longer if needed. We’ll discuss your in take form and the direction of your photo shoot and schedule the actual shoot. Once completed, I’ll start gathering the photos for you to select and do any editing if applicable.

Are there any upfront or hidden fees?

Most of my services will require a fee upfront, usually a percentage of the pricing. The fee depends on the service and final cost. I never have hidden fees. Once you receive the finalized service agreement, it will include all necessary fees associated with your service. If you believe any terms in the agreement are unsatisfactory, let me know. We will discuss it and amend it if applicable.

Do you charge more for non local businesses?

I do not charge more for non-local businesses. With that said, if you are out of state or over a certain mileage, even in NC, there will be additional fees. For instance, I may charge for mileage, accommodations, and other supplies. However, any applicable additional fees charged are for in-person services only.

Will I own the full rights of my finished service?

Absolutely. Once an agreement is signed and service is paid in full, you own all rights to your finished product. You’ll receive all necessary files to use your design how you choose. There are only two clauses in the terms, which allow me the right to use a finished product for business and advertising purposes, such as marketing, and you may not claim to be the creator of my products. Ownership cost is included with all final pricing.

Why choose your services when I can use AI for designs?

Great question! I suggest you do research into AI and other services before making a final decision. As wonderful as AI is at generating graphics, you run risks of copyright and other infringements. Additionally, you could wind up with generic designs, and AI prompts can be tricky to master.
